摘要
中医辨证论治颅脑损伤,必须从整体观出发,要具有系统的、清晰的辨证思维。通过对颅脑损伤疾病过程的病机及其变化规律的把握,从病机出发,紧扣病机,分期辨证,辨病与辨证相结合,建立系统的颅脑损伤中医诊疗体系,提高辨证水平,对颅脑损伤的救治,促进患者的康复,减少后遗症,降低死亡率有着重要的意义。
To treat with syndrome differentiation traumatic brain injury of TCM, we must proceed from the concept of entirety, it is necessary to have systematic and clear thought of syndrome differentiation. Through to grasp the pathogenesis in the course of the disease and the changes of the pathogenesis, embarks from the pathogenesis, threads up the pathogenesis and disease differentiation combination of syndrome differentiation,in order to raising the level of dialectical should be established treatment system of traumatic brain injury of TCM, it＇s to treat brain injury,to promote the rehabilitation of patients ,to reduce the sequela and cuts the mortality rate having important significance.
