直接法与恒温消解法测定尿中锰的比较研究

摘要 [目的]为开展人群尿中锰水平调查和锰作业人群尿中锰的接触水平调查提供简便、可靠的检验方法。[方法]分别采用直接石墨炉原子吸收法和恒温消解仪消解尿样后再以石墨炉原子吸收法分别测定尿中锰。[结果]两种方法的回归方程分别为P=0.022+0.027X.r=0.9998;P=0.018+0.028X.r=0.9997。测定尿中锰在0.05~20μg/L范围内均有良好的线性关系;二者经t检验在测定尿中锰的结果上无显著差别。[结论]用直接石墨炉原子吸收法测定尿中锰,更简单快捷,是较理想的测定尿中锰的检验方法,尤其适用于大批量样品的检验分析。 [Objective]To offer portable and reliable analysis method for the determination of urine manganese in community and among workers exposed to manganese. [Methods] Urine samples were digested with direct atomic absorption method and constant temperature digestion instrument respectively and then the samples were tested with the 2 methods respectively. [Results]The regression equations of the 2 methods was Y =-0. 022+0. 027 X , r =0. 999 8; Y=0. 018+ 0. 028 X , r =0. 999 7. It presented fine linear relation in the range of 0.05-20 μg/L. There was no difference in the determination of urine manganese after t examination. [Conclusion]The method of direct graphite oven atomic absorption is simple, rapid and ideal to determine urine manganese and suitable for the examination of large amount examples.
