摘要
较之同业公会,商人会馆的功能更加复杂多样,但晋商会馆一方面以神道助教化打造诚信的经营氛围,另一方面以行规业律等形式,规范山西商人的市场行为,维护了市场的正常秩序,发挥出近代"同业公会"才具备的纠正行业经营弊端的作用。
Compared with the trade association,the function of the Merchants＇ Guild Hall is more complicated and diversified,but on the one hand Jin Merchants＇ Guild Hall creates an atmosphere of integrity management by offering sacrifices to gods, and on the other hand,it standardizes businessmen＇s market behavior of Shanxi by guild regulations, safeguards the normal order of the market and plays the role of correcting the management defects of various industries that the modern ＂trade association＂ plays.
