自身免疫性甲状腺疾病与TNF-α/IL-6比值的关系研究 被引量：4

摘要 目的研究细胞因子Th1/Th2平衡与AITD的关系。方法检测71例GD、35例HT患者及36例对照者的血清TNF-α、IL-6和甲状腺激素及相关抗体水平。结果各组TNF-α、IL-6显著高于对照组。GD组TNF-α/IL-6比值显著低于对照组,HT组TNF-α/IL-6比值显著高于对照组。结论GD以IL-6升高为主,提示Th2介导的体液免疫占优势;HT以TNF-α升高为主,提示Th1介导的细胞免疫占优势。
