摘要
探讨了合成四苯基卟啉的工艺条件,并得出适宜的合成四苯基卟啉的反应条件,催化剂用量为9.6 g,m(吡咯)︰m(苯甲醛)=1︰1.2,溶剂为165 mL,反应时间为120 min,此时所得的产品质量最大为1.187 2 g,收率为12.32%。
Synthesis conditions of tetraphenylporphyrin were studied. The results show that the appropriate synthesis conditions are as follows:the ratio of pyrrole and benzaldehyde (mole ratio)is 1 : 1.2, the dosage of solvent is 165 mL, the reaction time is 120 rain,The maximum yield is 12.32%.
