摘要
采用陶瓷多管旋风除尘器除尘-喷淋塔烟气脱硫工艺处理20 t/h燃煤锅炉烟气,分别以轻烧氧化镁、锅炉冲灰渣水和添加适量轻烧氧化镁的冲灰渣水为脱硫剂,在液气比(L/G)1.8~2.7L/m3,脱硫塔入口烟气中SO2质量浓度508.2~754.1 mg/m3条件下,出口SO2质量浓度降至82.6~107.3 mg/m3,SO2去除率达到81%~89%,净化烟气符合国家排放标准。
The"ceramic multi-tube cyclone dust collector-spraying column flue gas desulfurization (FGD)"process was applied to treat the flue gas containing sulfur dioxide from 20 t/h coal-fired boiler. During the course of experimentation, light calcined magnesia, boiler ash-slag sluice and boiler ash-slag sluice added appropriate light calcined magnesia were utilized as desulfurizing agent respectively. The results show that under the condition of the ratio of liquor to gas 1.8 - 2.7 L/m^3,the concentration of suifur dioxide in the inlet gas of desulfurization column 508.2 - 754.1 mg/m^3, the concentration of sulfur dioxide in the outlet gas of desulfurization column can be reduced to 82.6 - 107.3 mg/m^3 with the sulfur dioxide removal rate of 81% - 89% ,the treated gas can reach the national emission standards.
