新生儿重症监护中心作为抢救和治疗危重患儿的最前沿阵地,接诊与接待的都是紧急危重患儿和身心急躁的家属。培养护士具备良好的职业素质,明确新上岗护士职业道德的具体要求,是提高护理质量的重要环节,是成功抢救患儿的可靠保障。要保证监护中心工作的顺利进行,真正做到救死扶伤,这就对监护中心护士的素质提出更高的要求,尤其是对新护士的培养。除了具备儿科护士的硬技术外,还要具备良好的医患沟通等软技术。
