摘要
目的探讨慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)老年患者的临床特征及其治疗效果。方法回顾分析162例≥60岁和138例同期<60岁的CRF患者临床资料。结果CRF老年患者病因明显不同于非老年组,临床表现多样,且CRF老年患者的肾脏替代治疗多接受血液透析治疗。结论CRF老年患者具有心脑血管并发症多、接受透析治疗比例低等特点,老年患者应注意肾功能的检查,早期治疗。
Objective To explore the clinical features and treatment effects of CRF in elderly patients. Methods Analyzed the clinical data of 162 elderly CRF patients（ ≥60 years）and 138 non-elderly CRF patients（ 〈 60 years）. Results There were different reasons between two groups ,and the clinical manifestations were very variable. Most of the elderly CRF patients accepted hemodialysis（HD ）treatment. Conclusion The elderly CRF patients characterized as high cardiovascular and cerebralvascular complications,low dialysis treatment rate. Elderly CRF patients should be accept early diagnosis and treatment.
