摘要
构建公安大教育大培训格局和体系是公安教育体制改革的大趋势。解放思想、创新理念,以科学管理机制的构建促进公安教育从学历教育向培训教育的重大转变;以警察职业教育的要求来设置培训课程。优化结构,整合资源,努力实现公安大教育大培训的全面协调可持续发展。
Establishing structure and system of large-scale education and training of public security is the major trend of education system reform of public security. By emancipating the mind, innovating the idea, we should establish scientific management system to promote the major change of education of public security from degree education to training education, and setup training courses according to the police＇ s vocational education. By optimizing structure and integrating resources, we will make efforts to realize the comprehensive, harmonious and persistent development of large-scale education and training of public security.
