摘要
从水动力条件、水环境和近岸生态系统3个方面分析了南沙港区规划实施对海洋环境的影响。采用二维潮流数学模型预测规划方案对水动力条件的影响,结果表明,规划方案顺应海域潮流特征,不会引起水动力条件发生明显变化;港区日污水发生量远小于规划区域水环境承载力,且港区周围规划建设市政污水处理厂,规划实施对水环境影响有限;在采纳人工增殖放流、限制施工时间、适当调整规划等保护建议条件下,规划实施对黄唇鱼市级自然保护区、大虎岛自然景观与咸淡水鱼类产卵场保护区、坦头红树林及沙尾滨海湿地等生态敏感区的影响在可接受范围内。
Considering the hydrodynamic condition, water environment and coastal ecosystem, the impact of Nansha port area plan on marine environment are analyzed. A two-dimensional mathematical model is applied to predict the change trend of the hydrodynamic condition caused by the implementation of this planning. Results show that the planning program conforms to the tide characteristics and the planning implementation will not cause a significant change of the hydrodynamic condition. Sewage quantity of Nansha port is far less than water environmental carrying capacity, meanwhile the wastewater treatment plant is being planned around the port, so implementation of Nansha port area plan has less impact on the water environment. In the adoption of protection recommendations, such as ecological compensation, restrictions on construction time and appropriate adjustments of plan, the impact on ecologically sensitive areas can be accepted.
