摘要
目的探讨食管-胃底静脉曲张患者应用组织黏合剂治疗的改良方法。方法用容积1.2ml的注射器预注入0.5ml碘化油和1ml的组织黏合剂,护士将装有1.5ml碘化油的注射器严密接于注射针入口,待医生选好需硬化的静脉,护士镜下行静脉穿刺,穿刺成功后将手中的1.5ml碘化油全部推出后迅速撤针。结果76例应用此方法治疗取得了成功。结论改良"三明治"法注射组织黏合剂治疗食管-胃底静脉曲张的改良方法止血效果好。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the modified approach of endoscopic tissue adhesives injection in patients with esophageal and gastric varices. Methods The 1.2ml-type syringe was prefilled with 0.5ml iodized oil and lml tissue adhesives and was connected with the needle closely. Then the nurse injected the iodized oil completely when the doctor have chosen a varicose vein and then withdrew the needle immediately. Results All the 76 patients were treated with this method successfully. Conclusion The modified ＂sandwich＂ approach of endoscopic tissue adhesive injection is effective for hemostasis in patients with esophageal and gastric varices.
