摘要
目的：验证观察红花黄色素注射波的疗效。方法：120例脑梗死患者随机分为A、B两组。A组用红花黄色素注射液100ng，1次／d，共15d。B组：用丹参注射液20ml，1次／d，共15d。结果：A组有效56例，总有效率93．33％，B组有效44例，总有效率73．33％。两组经卡方检验，Х^2=23．145，Х^2=6．63，P〈0．01，两组间效率有非常显著差异。结论：血栓通是治疗脑梗死有效的制荆。
Objective To study the effect of Henghuahuangsesu injectio on cerebral infarction. Methods120 caseswith cerebral infarction were divided into two groups（A, B; n = 60）randomly. Group A Henghuahuangsesul00ng injectio and group B with salvia miltiorrhiza injectio 20 ml once daily for 15 days. Results The effective rate was 93. 33% and 73. 33% in group A and B respectively. The difference between the two groups was signifieant（P 〈 0. 05）from chi --square test. Conclusions Henghuahuangsesu is an effective medicine for cerebral infarction.
