摘要
目的:观察中医综合疗法提高治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:选择自愿参加并接受综合求疗法的门诊或住院患者60例,中药每日1剂,煎服21d,每次电针20min,7次为1疗程,视病情康复定疗程,最长3个疗程:推拿每日1次,每次20min,连续21d,功能锻炼每日5～6次,每次15min,连续21d。疗程结束后根据疗效评定标准,进行疗效评价。结果:经中医综合治疗后,总有效率达98.33%,治愈率63.33%,平均治愈天数12.5d。结论:中医综合疗法治疗周围性面瘫疗效显著。
Objective ： To observe the effect of Chinese medical combined therapy to treat peripheral facial paralysis. Methods ： 60 cases were treated in Chinese crude drug （1 agent per day） in successive 21 days and electric acupuncture （20min per time, 7 times was 1 course of treatment. The longest was 3 course of treatment） and manipulation （1 time per day, 20rain per time, successive 21 days） and functional exercise （5 -6 times per day, 15 rain per time, successive 21 days）. The curative effect evaluation was used on the basis of curative effect evaluation standard after course of treatment over. Results： the total effective rate was 98.33%, cure rate was 63.33% and average curing days was 12.5 days after combined therapy. Conclusion： Chinese medical combined therapy had the significant curative effect to treat peripheral facial paralysis.
