摘要
围刺法又称围针法,是一种在病变部位周围进行包围式针刺以达到提高疗效为目的的刺法。本法是古代"扬刺法"的发展,临床应用范围较广。笔者师从远慧茹教授,采用围刺法治疗带状疱疹后神经痛、肱骨外上髁炎、面肌痉挛、偏头痛等诸多疾病,效果明显。
The surrounding acupuncture is the acupuncture method for surrounding acupuncture in diseased region environment to raise curative effect. This method is the development of puncture the affected part with a needle in the centre and four needles around in ancient times. The clinical application is fairly extensive. Yuan Huiru professor used the surrounding acupuncture to treat postberpetic neuralgia, external humeral epicondylitis, facial spasm and migraine. There had obviously effect.
