病理肾损伤15例诊治 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨闭合性病理肾损伤患者的临床特征,提高诊治水平。方法回顾总结15例病理肾损伤患者的临床资料。所有的病例外伤较轻而肾损伤较重,多表现为肾破裂、肾周血肿或尿外渗。结果13例经手术治疗,疗效满意。结论对病理肾损伤病例,可通过外伤史结合影像学检查获得诊断,螺旋CT扫描多能在术前诊断,但部分病例难以确诊。积极手术探查有助于及早确诊并治疗。对怀疑恶性肿瘤者应行术中快速冰冻切片病理检查。
