摘要
目的:研究甘薯叶的化学成分。方法:运用柱色谱和制备薄层色谱对各化学成分进行分离纯化,并经UV、IR、NMR等波谱方法进行分析鉴定。结果:从甘薯叶的90%乙醇提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:正二十四烷(Ⅰ)、十四烷酸(Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)、β-胡萝卜素(Ⅳ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅴ)、槲皮素(Ⅵ)。结论:Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective : To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of Ipomoea batatas. Methods : The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel and TLC, and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopy. Results: Six compounds were isolated from 90% ethanol extract and identified as tetracosane ( Ⅰ ), myristic acid ( Ⅱ) ,β-sitosterol ( Ⅲ ) ,β-carotene (Ⅳ ), daucosterol ( Ⅴ ) and quercetin ( Ⅵ ). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ , Ⅱ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
