摘要
为了对切削颤振进行检测与控制,自主设计了基于专家系统的数控铣床切削振动控制软件。依据切削振动信号的变化,根据专家系统的原理,得到机床控制参数。将该参数反馈到数控机床控制系统的PMC中,能够有效地控制机床的主轴转速、进给速度等切削用量,实现了对切削振动的全反馈自动控制。有效地控制了切削颤振,从而在不影响加工质量的前提下,实现高效切削。研究对专家系统原理应用于对数控机床切削颤振的控制有突破,该成果可以广泛应用于各类数控机床。
In order to test and control cutting chanter, a vibration controlling system for CNC milling machine is developed, which is based on the techniques of expert systems. According to the variations of vibration signal and the rules in an expert system, the con^IoUing parameters are obtained. The cutting parameters of CNC milling machine can then be varied based on the parameters transmitted to the PMC. Therefore, a closed loop feedback of vibration control system is achieved. The system can effectively control the cutting chatter and improve the efficiency of CNC milling machine.
