摘要 为了解决矿渣混合料、粉煤灰和减水剂对高强混凝土强度和泵送性能的影响问题,运用常规的材料及通用的工艺方法,通过对试验结果的分析,研究了使高强泵送混凝土各组分充分发挥效应的最佳组合的影响因素。结果表明:采用倒置坍落度筒测定拌合物全部流出所需时间,辅以扩展度和坍落度,可以较好地评价混凝土的泵送性能,水胶比仍然是影响混凝土流动性和抗压强度的主要因素。该成果对采用高强泵送混凝土的结构工程施工具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。 The strength and pump transportation behavior of high-strength concrete are affected by slay, fly-ash and concrete water-reducer. By analyzing the experimental results obtained using conventional materials, technologies and methods, the best combination of concrete contents, which make pump transportation of high strength concrete efficient, is derived in this study. The results demonstrate that the pump transportation behavior of concrete can be better evaluated using the inverted slump cone to measure the outflow time for all concrete, slump spread and slump constant. Water-cement ratio continues to be the most important factor on the strength and pump transportation behavior of high-strength concrete. The results are very useful for structure construction using high.strength pumping concrete.
