摘要
针对国内广泛使用的移动插座存在的易触电、使用不方便、易损坏、形状单一等突出问题,以TRIZ创新设计理论为指导,提出了切实可行的解决方案。新的方案中,利用插孔可以活动的杠杆原理使拔插变得更容易;采用插座空置时插孔不带电的防触电措施,避免了传统插座拔插过程中产生火花的现象。对比现有的移动插座,改变了使用方式,使用过程中更安全、更方便。
The widely used domestic mobile socket has the problems of electric shock, inconvenient usage, easy to damage, and single shape. The practical solutions were put forward with the guidance of TRIZ innovative design theory. The new program can make use of lever principle to make it easier to insert and pullout; the vacant jack socket is not charged to avoid electric shock and outlet plug sparks phenomenon in the traditional process. The new mobile socket is more secure and more convenient.
