摘要
针对传统彩色图像增强算法一般在灰度图像空间进行因而容易造成细节丢失等问题,结合小波变换和直方图均衡的优势,提出在HIS色彩空间上的一种基于色调不变的彩色图像增强算法,该算法通过小波分解在亮度低频域进行直方图均衡化以增强亮度部分.实验结果表明,该算法对于低亮度的彩色图像有较好的增强效果,并且时间复杂度大大降低.
To the limitation of losing details of the color image processed in gray image pattern in traditional image enhancement algorithms, a novel method of color image enhancement based on hue invariability in HIS color space with the combination of the characteristics of wavelet transform and the predomi- nance of histogram equalization was developed. This method enhanced intensity by histogram equalization in low frequency domain of component after wavelet decomposition. The experimental results showed that this algorithm enhanced color images of high brightness effectively and the time cost was greatly reduced.
