摘要
目的:探讨Root-ZX根管长度测量仪测量根管长度的准确性。方法:将131例(242个)需进行治疗的根管随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组43例(83个根管)采用Root-ZX根管长度测定仪测定根管工作长度;对照组88例(159个根管)采用X线片+诊断丝方法测量根管工作长度。两组均采用冠向下技术进行根管预备,插30#牙胶尖拍片评价2种方法测量根管工作长度的准确性并进行比较。结果:实验组83个根管中68个根管测量准确,15个不准确;对照组159个根管中94个测量准确,65个不准确。两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.819,P<0.01)。结论:Root-ZX根管长度测定仪测定根管工作长度比X线片+诊断丝测量方法更加准确。
Objective： To investigate the accuracy of Root-ZX root canal depth meter. Methods： 242 sick canals were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. Working length of the canals in treatment group was measured with Root-ZX root canal depth meter, while that in control group was measured with X-ray and diagnostic wire. Crown-down technique was applied in root canal preparation for all cases. The accuracy of the two methods was evaluated and compared with No 30 film of gutta-percha point. Results： 68 （ 81.8% ） and 94 （59. 1% ） canals in the treatment group and the control group were proved to be measured accurately, while 159 （18.0%） and 94（59.1% ） in the two groups were not. There are significant differences between the two groups （χ2 = 12. 819, P 〈0.01）. Conclusion： Root-ZX root canal depth meter is more accurate than X-ray combining diagnostic wire in the measurement of canal depths.
