摘要
目的了解我院门诊电子处方的使用情况,探讨提高门诊电子处方质量的措施。方法对我院2008年11月电子处方审核过程中发现的问题处方进行统计、分析。结果共审核处方25082张,发现问题处方625张,占总处方数的2.49%;在所有问题处方中,属录入错误的问题处方489张,占78.24%;不合理用药的问题处方111张,占17.76%。结论我院电子处方实施时间不长,尚存在许多不足,对于调查中发现的问题,可通过提高医师及药师综合素质,完善电子处方审核系统等措施来提高电子处方审核的质量。
Objectie To investigate the problems in application of electronic prescriptions for outpatients in our hospital, and discuss the measure of raising quality of the electronic preseriptions. Methods The problematic electronic prescriptions founded by auditing in November 2008 in our hospital were analyzed statistically. Results Of the total audited 25082 preseriptions, 625 were problematic preseriptions, which made up 2.49%. Of the total problematic prescriptions, 489 involved misinput, which accounted for 78.24%; 111 involved irrational prescriptions, which accounted for 17.76%. Conclusions The time of electronic prescriptions implementation in our hospital is not long and many insufficiencies still existed. The quality of electronic prescriptions could be improved througb taking some measures like improving the electronic prescription auditing system, enhancing doctors-pharmacist synthesis diathesis.
