摘要
现代社会的繁荣欲求自然科学与人文学科的和谐发展,以及科技理性与人文情感的共同进步。在人类的历史进程中,这两种思维方式分别代表着中西方文化的主导思想,在追求科技效用的时代里,人们往往注重科技理性的培养,而忽略对人文情感的追求与和谐。艺术与科学领域审美能力的提高以及对科学史的理解,将有助于逐渐调和当代历史情境下科技理性和人文情感的冲突。
The prosperity of modern society expects the harmonious development between natural sci- ence and literal arts, acquires common progress between technocratic rationality and humanistic sensibility. In the course of human events, those two modes of thinking represent the dominant ideologies of Chinese and western culture respectively. However, in the technological profit-oriented era, people always attach great importance to the cultivation of technocratic rationality and ignore the aspiration and coordination of humanistic sensibility. The improvement of aesthetic capability in art and science area and better understanding of science history will conducive to conciliate the conflict between technocratic rationality and humanistic sensibility in modern context.
