摘要
中国内地与香港都十分重视对校长专业素养的提高,并形成了相应的管理体制。内地为促进校长专业发展建立了完善的网络,探索形成了多种培训方式,并强调对教育改革实际问题的关注;香港注重以制度设计促进校长专业发展,关注国际交流,善融中西文化之长。两地校长专业发展机制呈现出实践导向与理论支撑相结合、专业指导与校长互助相结合、个人发展与学校改进相结合的共同趋向。
In China Mainland and China Hong Kong, great efforts have been made to improve principal professional development and relevant management system has been established. The mainland sets up perfect network system, explores muhi-training methods and focuses on the practical problem of education reform. China Hong Kong emphasizes system design, concentrates on international communication and draws the merits of Western and Eastern culture. On the principal development, both strategies show some common tendencies, that is combinations of practice oriented and theory supported, professional guidance and mutual help of principals, individual development and school promotion.
