摘要
目的探讨胆囊结石引发穿孔的治疗方法。方法胆囊结石后引发穿孔的患者23例全部行手术治疗,其中单纯胆囊切除13例,胆囊切除加胆道探查T管引流2例,8例胆囊部分切除术或胆囊造瘘术。结果本组治愈21例,死亡2例;住院期9～36d,平均住院期18d。结论应高度重视本病的早期诊断,必要的术前准备。穿孔手术方式应根据患者的全身及局部情况而定,减少并发症的发生、降低死亡率。
Objective To explore the treatment of the gallstone caused perforation. Methods The 23 cases patients,which the gallstone caused perforation, all treated by operation. 13 cases used cholecystectomy, two cases were taken by gallbladder and bile duct exploration with T-tube drainage, eight cases were treated by gallbladder removal of the gallbladder or fistulization. Results The 21 cases were cured, two cases were death.Hospital 9-36d, the average hospitalization period was 18d.Conclusion We should attach great importance to the early diagnosis of the disease, with the necessary preparations before.Perforation operation should be under way in patients with systemic and local circumstances, to reduce the incidence of complications and lower mortality.
