摘要
目的观察曲美他嗪治疗缺血性心脏病心力衰竭的疗效。方法对我院114例缺血性心脏病心力衰竭患者在常规治疗基础上应用曲美他嗪进行治疗。结果经过治疗,患者所有指标均有显著改善,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中显效79例(69.3%),有效29例(25.4%),无效6例(5.3%),总有效率为94.7%。无明显不良反应,随访3个月～12个月,无因非心血管事件的意外死亡。结论在常规治疗基础上应用曲美他嗪治疗缺血性心脏病心力衰竭,疗效确切,无明显不良反应,临床耐受性好,能明显改善缺血性心脏病心力衰竭的心脏功能,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe Trimetazidine treatment ischemic heart disease Heart Failure clinical. Methods 114 cases of isehemie heart disease heart failure patients were used trimetazidine treatment on the basis of conventional therapy in our hospital. Condusion used trimetazidine treatment isehemie heart disease Heart Failure clinical on the basis of conventional therapy, the exact effect, no significant adverse reactions, good clinical tolerance, can significantly improve ischemie heart disease heart failure heart funetion, worthy to be popularized.
