摘要
探讨bcl-x基因在白血病中的表达及意义．方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测19例白血病及4株白血病细胞中Bcl-x的表达，并用Western免疫印迹法确定白血病细胞株中Bcl-X表达形式．结果：白血病中Bcl-x阳性率为73．7％（14／19），4株白血病细胞均表达Bcl-x-1形式．结论：白血病细胞中Bcl-x1表达可能与白血病发病有关．
Aim: To observe whether or not bcl-x gene wasexpressed in leukemic cells. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was applied to test the expression in 19 cases ofleukemia and 4 leukemic cell lines. Western blot was used todefine the form of Bcl-x. Results: The positive rate is73. 7% (14/19) in leukemia cases. Four leukemic cell linesexpress the Bcl-x-l. Conclusion: Bcl-x-1 might be relatedwith the pathogenesis of leukemia.
