摘要
目的 观察焦虑抑郁情绪对分娩的影响。方法 应用医院焦虑抑郁评定量表 (HAD)于分娩前 1周内对孕妇进行测评 ,选取有焦虑或抑郁情绪组 5 4例 ,无焦虑抑郁情绪组 5 4例 ,比较两组产程、分娩方式 ,新生儿 Apgar评分的差异。结果 与无焦虑抑郁情绪组比较 ,有焦虑抑郁情绪组 ,产程延长、剖宫产率增高、新生儿 Apgar评分降低 ,差异均有显著意义 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 焦虑抑郁情绪是影响产妇产程、分娩方式及新生儿
Objective To explore the effect of anxiet y,depression ondelivery.Method We evaluated the pregnant wo man by using HAD in a week beforedelivery,54 pregnant women with anxiety and de pression were selected as case group,and 54 pregnant women withoutanxiety,depre ssion as control group.The stage and manner of labor,Apgar score were compared b etween two groups.Result The stage of labor prolong,incidence of hysterotom y inc rease and Apgar scoredecrease in case group,the difference is significant compa red with control group. Conclusion Anexity and depression have a important influence on delivery.
