摘要
在教师教育发展新理念下,"校本教研"亦成为特殊学校教师实现专业化发展的主要途径之一。通过所了解的特教教师校本教研的内容到形式等状况,发现其中的问题主要有校本教研主体缺失;校本教研的特教特色淡化;校本教研专家引领缺乏;校本教研效果不大。为此,特殊学校的校本教研要进一步完善校本教研制度;增强特教教师研究工作意识,发挥教研主体性;以特殊需要思想指导教研工作,突出教研特教特色;通过校域合作伙伴建立,寻求校外优势引进等,以改进目前校本教研状况。
Under the direction of the new idea of teacher education, school - based research is increasingly becoming a major route of special education teachers' professional development. The writer has found some existing problems by understanding the content and form of special education teachers' school - based research and also put forward some corresponding measures.
