摘要
目的:分析食道电极终止室上性心动过速失败的原因。方法:对349侧室上性心动过速患者进行食道电极超速抑制,其中56例未能终止,对这些失败患者进行分类并查找原因。结果:56例中除6例因患者肥胖不能耐受食道烧灼感之外,其余50例患者中30例为电极组合不当,20例为电极位置与折返环距离较远,经分析原因重新组合电极及改变电极位置的处理后均成功终止室上速的发作。结论:当室上性心动过速患者经食道电极超速抑制不能终止心动过速发作时,可改变电极位置及使电极重新组合从而可以大大提高成功率。
Objective:To analyze the causes on the failure of esophageal electrode termination of supraventricular tachycardia. Method:349 patients with supraventricular tachycardia applied esophageal electrode speeding inhibition. In those patients,56 cases failed to terminate. The patients failed were elessified and investigated the cause. Results: In the 56 cases,6 cases can't tolerate esophageal burning sense because of obesity. In the remaining 50 patients,30 cases resulted from misconduct for the electrode combination ;20 cases resulted from the far distance between electrode location and the return ring. Afrer the causes were analyzed, both the re - combination of electrodes and the change of electrode locations can lead to successful termination of supraventricular tachycardia. Conclusion:When patients with supraventricular tachycardia can not terminate the tachycardia through esophageal electrode speeding inhibition, the practice of electrode location change and electrode re -combination can greatly improve the success rate.
