摘要
目的:探讨胎盘早剥的B超声诊断及声像图特征,提高诊断符合率。方法:总结分析18例胎盘早剥的超声图像,确定超声诊断的特征声像图。结果:18例胎盘早剥14例经手术证实,4例保守观察,转归良好。结论:超声检查是唯一评估胎盘早剥的定性准确的无创检查方法,对于临床急诊救治有重要意义。
Objective： To investigate the B-ultrasonographic characteristics of placental abruption and im-prove the antenatal diagnosis. Methods. 18 samples of placental abruption ultrasonic image were analyzed to ensure the image characteristic of analysis. Results： 14 samples were confirmed by operation, 4 were kept to observe, with positive turn to recovery. Conclusion. Ultrasonic diagnosis is the only accurate, noninvasive examine method for the diagnosis of placental abruption.
