摘要
目的:探讨维药伊木萨克片对半去势雄性大鼠睾丸及附属腺的影响。方法:正常雄性SD大鼠60只,随机取10只为正常对照组,50只行右侧睾丸摘除后随机分为半去势空白组,男宝对照组、伊木萨克片低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。相应药物干预6周后取左侧睾丸及附属腺,称湿重并计算系数。结果:(1)半去势空白组睾丸系数高于其它各组(P<0.05),伊木萨克低、中、高剂量组则小于半去势空白组(P<0.05),大于正常对照组(P<0.05);(2)半去势空白组的附睾、前列腺、精囊腺与球海绵体肌系数小于正常对照组(P<0.05);伊木萨克低、中、高剂量组的前列腺、精囊腺与球海绵体肌系数大于半去势空白组(P<0.05),但小于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:半去势可使雄性大鼠对侧睾丸系数增加,附属腺系数减低,但经伊木萨克片干预后可显著减缓半去势雄性大鼠睾丸的代偿性增大,并提高附属腺系数。
Objective： To study the effect of hemicastration to the testes and auxiliary genitical gland of male rats. Methods： Take out of ten form sixty normal male SD rats. The other fifty removed the right testes and then divided into hemicastration blank group, Nanbao group, high dose group, middle-dose group and low-dose group. Removed the testes and auxiliary genitical gland after given drugs six weeks later. Weighed the humid weight and calculated the coefficients. Result： （1）The testicle coefficients of the hemicastration blank group were higher than normal group （P 〈0.05）. The testicle coefficients of the Yimusake group were lower than hemicastration blank group but higher than normal group （P 〈0.05）. （2） The prostate gland, parastata, seminal vesicle and bulbocavernous muscle coefficients of the hemieastration blank group were lower than normal group （P 〈0.05）. The prostate gland, seminal vesicle and bulbocavernous muscle coefficients of the Yimusake group were higher than the hemicastration blank group but lower than normal group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Hemicastration can elevate the weight coefficient of the testes and reduce auxiliary genitical gland of male rats. Yimusake tablet can slow down the comp of the testes and elevate auxiliary genitieal gland of hemicastration male rats.
