摘要
当前困扰学校安全工作的难题集中在安全经费问题、责任认定与赔偿问题、安全机构设置和人员问题、校园周边环境问题等方面。破解这些难题必须建立健全校园安全法律,在经费机制、机构设置、责任认定与赔偿机制等方面进行突破和创新。
The problems and difficulties in school security management center around the proper use of funds,the confirmation of responsibility and indemnification,security institution establishment and staffing level,the environment around campus and so on.To solve these problems,the legislation for campus safety must be established and improved.An important breakthrough and innovation should be made in the mechanism of funds,institution setting up,responsibility confirmation and indemnification.
