摘要
将公路工程项目视为一个复杂网络系统工程,定义了质量与可靠性,分析了公路工程施工成本和可靠性的关系,应用遗传算法构建了基于质量可靠性的施工成本优化的数学模型,并采用罚函数改善了遗传算法的收敛性能,对成本优化的数学模型进行了优化。最后,给出了实例验证了新的成本优化方法的优越性,使公路工程中的可靠性与经济性结合起来,为施工成本优化作了有益的探索。
In this paper, road construction engineering is regarded as a complex network system project, the quality and reliability is defined. By analyzing the relationship of construction costs and reliability in engineering project, a mathematical model is established to optimize the costs based on quality reliability and genetic algorithm (GA) is used for this purpose. In the application of GA, penalty function is used to improve the convergence performance of GA. Finally, an example is given to verify the advantage of the new method which combines the reliability with economy in the construction. The paper is benefit for the cost optimization research.
