摘要
由氯化铬、5-氯-水杨酸(5-CAS)和乙二胺(en)合成了5-氯-水杨酸-铬(Ⅲ)配合物[Cr(5-CAS)(en)2]Cl.H2O。用荧光、紫外和元素分析对配合物进行了表征。在pH7.5,0.05mol·L-1Tris-HCl缓冲条件下研究了配合物与牛血清白蛋白的作用。结果表明配合物与牛血清白蛋白以较强的分子间作用力结合,条件结合常数为(1.40±0.15)×104mol-1·L,结合位点数为3.20±0.61。
The reaction of chromium( Ⅲ ) chloride,5-chtorosalicylic acid and ethylenediamine led to the formation of chromium complex [Cr(5-CAS)(en)2]Cl · H2O(1). Complex was characterized by IR, UV-Vis and elemental analysis. In pH 7.5 of 0.05 mol/L Tris-HCl buffer, the interaction of bovine serum albumin with the complex was investigated by fluorescence spectra, the conditional binding constant,K(1.4±0. 15)× 10^4mol^-1 · L and the number of binding sites,n(3.20±0. 61) were obtained.
