摘要
目的:探讨螺旋CT对输尿管癌诊断的意义。方法:收集我院收治并经手术病理证实的20例输尿管癌病例资料。对术前CT结果与术后大体、镜下病理结果进行分析。结果:术前螺旋CT检查均准确诊断输尿管肿瘤,定位、数量均准确,利用螺旋CT对T0-T2与T3-T4肿瘤进行分期准确率为80%。结论:螺旋CT对于诊断输尿管肿瘤具有临床实用价值,尤其是对患侧肾功能不全或输尿管梗阻导致肾造影不显影的病例意义更大。螺旋CT三维重建能够对输尿管癌进行术前分期,有进一步研究应用价值。
Objective：To study the value of spiral CT in the diagnosis and staye of ureter tumor. Methods： To collect data of 20 cases of ureter tumor, confirmed by operation, and analyse CT report and pathology results. Results ： Spiral CT preoperative diagnose ureter tumor of all cases,location and quantity was correct. Distinguish stage T0 - T2 and T3 -T4 , accurate rate was 80%. Conclusion： Spiral CT examination is an important method to diagnose ureter tumor, especially to case of dysfunction of kidney and that failed to develop an image because of obstruction in ureter.
