摘要
目的:探讨新疆卡波氏肉瘤组织中膜型1型基质金属蛋白酶(Menberane 1 Matrix metalloproteinases,MT1-MMP),Rho蛋白解离抑制因子β(Rho GDP dissociation inhibitor GDI beta,ARHGDIB)的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学Envision二步法检测新疆17例卡波氏肉瘤和17例健康人正常皮肤组织内MT1-MMP和ARHGDIB的表达水平。结果:免疫组化显示MT1-MMP和ARHGDIB在卡波氏肉瘤组织阳性表达率为82.4%和100%,在正常皮肤组织中阳性率为6.9%和17.7%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:新疆卡波西肉瘤组织中MT1-MMP和ARHGDIB蛋白呈异常表达,有可能在KS的发展过程中发挥了重要作用。
Objective: To explore the expression of Menberane 1 Matrix metalloproteinases (MT1-MMP) and Rho GDP dissocia- tion inhibitor GDI beta (ARHGDIB) in kaposi's sarcoma (KS) in Xinjiang and its clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical envision technique was used to detect MT1-MMP and ARHGDIB expression in KS tissue (n=17) and normal skin tissues (n=17) from healthy persons. Results: The positive expression rate of MT1-MMP was 82.4% in KS tissue, and 6.9% in normal skin tissues; while the positive expression of ARHGD1B was 100% in KS tissue, and 17.7% in normal skin tissues, with significant differences (P〈0.01). Con- elusions: Both of MT1-MMP and ARHGDIB express abnormally in KS tissues, which maybe play an important role in the development of KS in Xinjiang.
