磁共振淋巴造影术在宫颈癌诊治中的价值

摘要 淋巴造影（lymphangiography，LAG）是近年来越来越受到关注的一项新的影像学技术，它起初只应用于淋巴瘤的病因研究中，但随着对肿瘤淋巴转移认识的深入，越来越多地开始应用于妇科恶性肿瘤的诊断中。淋巴转移是妇科恶性肿瘤转移的重要途径，直接关系到临床的治疗和预后，但目前尚缺乏有效的诊断手段。在妇科肿瘤中，宫颈癌的发生率位居首位，如将淋巴造影运用于此尤具临床价值。
