摘要
文章分析了妇科肿瘤手术血管损伤和出血的主要原因、好发部位。预防血管损伤应熟练掌握盆、腹腔的解剖关系,术前充分评估病情,掌握正确的手术方式和技巧。同时提出了处理各种类型出血的有效方法。
This paper analyzes the possible reasons and predilection sites of intraopcrative bleeding in gynecologic cancer surgery. The preventive measures includes： grasping analomic relationship of pelvic cavity and abdominal cavity, fully assessing the pre- operative condition, and mastering the right approach and skills in surgery. At the same time, the effective way to deal with various types of bleeding also be proposed.
