Milin-Lebedev不等式的二个应用
TWO APPLICATIONS OF MILIN LEBEDEV INEQUALITY
摘要
给出Ｍｉｌｉｎ－Ｌｅｂｅｄｅｖ不等式的二个应用，其中之一说明Ｃｗｉｋｅｌ的一个猜测是错误的，另一应用则改进了Ｓａｉｔｏｈ和Ｂｕｒｂｅａ的结果．
Two applications of Milin Lebedev inequality are given in this paper. One of the applications disproves a conjecture of Cwikel, and the other improves a result of Saitoh and Burbea.
