金属锂及其化合物在能源和新材料方面具有良好的应用前景。21世纪,盐湖卤水提锂将成为锂盐生产的新方向。锰氧化物和钛氧化物可以作为锂离子筛直接从盐湖卤水和海水中提取锂,是最具发展前途的绿色锂离子吸附剂。详细介绍了作为锂离子筛前驱体的锂锰氧化物和锂钛氧化物的制备方法,包括固相烧结法和液相反应法等。同时,评述了各种方法的优劣,比较了不同锂离子筛的性能,并指出多种方法相结合并注重掺杂改性是提高锂离子筛吸附性能的有效途径。
Metallic lithium and its compounds have fine prospects in the fields of energy sources and new materials. In the 21st century, it will be a new direction to recover lithium from salt lake brine for the production of lithium salts. Manga- nese oxide and titanium oxide can be used as lithium ior-sieve to extract lithium from salt lake brine and seawater. They are the most promising green lithium absorbents in future. Various preparation methods of lithium-manganese oxide and lithiumtitanium oxide which act as precursors of lithium ion-sieves were introduced, respectively. The methods contain solid sintering-and liquid reaction-methods. Advantages and disadvantages of different methods and properties of different lithium ion-sieves were also evaluated. It is pointed out that the combination of different methods in preparing the precursors and the elements doping are the effective way to enhance adsorption ability of lithium ion-sieve.
