摘要 随着分子生物学技术的飞速发展,人们越来越认识到抑癌基因在肿瘤的发生发展过程中具有重要作用。p16INK4a是人们发现的第一个直接参与细胞周期调控的抑癌基因。它在宫颈癌和癌前病变阶段表现为过表达,可作为一种肿瘤标志物用于宫颈癌及癌前病变的临床筛查及诊断中。 With the development of molecular biology, it is knowed that anti - ongene played important role in the genesis and development of tumors, p16^INK4a is the first known anti - oncogene involved in regulating cell cycle. It shows overexpression in cervical cancer and precancerous lesions, p16^INK4a may be used in clinical screening and diagnosis of cervical cancer and precancerous leisions.
