QC七大工具是极为有效的管理方法,从某种意义上讲,推行QC七大工具的情况,一定程度上表明了公司管理的先进程度。结合QC小组的实际活动,介绍了灵活运用QC七大工具的方法。
Seven QC tools are highly effective management approach, in a sense, the implementation of the seven QC tools shows the extent of advanced management level. Based on the practical QC activities, the flexible use of the seven QC tools was introduced.
