摘要
在分析舰船技术保障体系使命任务的基础上，提出了建立和完善装备修理机制、加强舰船维修技术保障装备、加强灵活性和适应性、加强指挥系统和提高人才素质等建议。
This paper analyses the basic mission of the technical guarantee system for navy marine,offers the ideas of setting up the perfect equipmentrepair system,strengthening the flexibility and adaptability,enforcing commanding system and improving the quality of members on this system,it is believed that more valuable thought will come up.
