摘要
根据可控硅电压调节器(TVR)的测量要求和实现功能,采用软件同步采样法,以消除软件同步采样法带来的测量误差,提高了测量的准确度。采取闭环、线性控制,以及分接开关切换编码表和电压过零同步触发的控制策略;同时以Intel 80C196KB单片机为核心完成硬件电路设计,并用PL/M语言编写软件控制程序,从而实现了TVR控制器的设计。通过实验表明所研究的控制方法及开发的控制器可以很好地实现调压操作、故障保护、定值设置、显示等功能。
Based on the measure requirements and function of thyristor voltage regulator( TVR), this paper uses soft synchronization sampling algorithm to reduce error coming from synchronization sampling to enhance measure accuracy. It adopts the control strategy of closed loop and linearity, the coding table of switch change and the voltage zero triggering synchronously,uses Intel 80C196KB MCU to design the core hardware and the PL/M to design the software. Through a lots of tests, it can be seen that what writer researched, the control method or the TVR controller, can implement the voltage regulate quite well, actualize the default protect, rating setting, showing and so on.
