摘要
通过流延法制备聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)薄膜,用偏光显微镜观察PVDF球晶的生长过程。分析了结晶方式及降温速率对PVDF结晶过程中晶粒形态结构的影响。实验结果表明,选用等温快速降温的工艺更有利于得到结晶均匀性较好的PVDF薄膜。
PVDF thin films were prepared by the tape casting method and the process of spherocrystal growth was observed by polarizing microscope. The influences of the cooling velocity and the crystalline method to the grain morphosis in the construction of PVDF crystallizing were analysised. The test result indicated that the technology of isothermal fast cooling was better to obtain the more homogeneous crystallization of PVDF membrane.
