摘要
根据响应板式爆炸冲击模拟装置的基本原理,介绍了在MSC.Patran中建立响应板式爆炸冲击模拟装置仿真模型,并利用MSC.Dytran求解器进行了分析计算的过程。通过在仿真模型中修改模拟装置的各个系统参数,如边界条件、初始条件、几何尺寸等参数,获取了这些参数变化对模拟装置模拟的冲击环境变化的规律,解决了如何灵活利用仿真分析的方法来指导试验调试的问题,大大减少了冲击试验调试的时间和提高了冲击试验的精度。
According to the basic theory of mechanical impulse pyroshock (MIPS) simulator, a model of MIPS was set up in MSC.Patran and was resolved by use of MSC.Dytran. Tuning of the table for the desired shock response spectrum is performed by boundary, initial condition, varying geometry dimension, and so on. The regularity of parameters was obtained by simulation study to guide the real testing and improve the precision of testing.
