摘要
介绍了一种基于TOP227Y三端离线式PWM集成芯片的反激式开关稳压电源;分析了TOP227Y的特性和工作原理,设计了一款功率50 W、输出+15 V的开关电源,对开关电源实用电路及主要单元电路进行了详细分析并进行了参数值计算、器件的选取与电路设计,最后给出了电源输出实验波形,对整体性能进行了分析。实验证明,开关稳压电源具有效率高、纹波小、输出电压稳定等优点,可应用于无刷直流电机等作为供电电源。
A flyback switching power supply based on TOP227Y is presented. Firstly, the principle and characteristics of this switching power supply are analyzed. A single-chip switching power supply is designed according to the features of the chip which output power is 50 W and output voltage is + 15 V. Second, the design method and practical circuit, are described. Calculation of the values of the parameters and selection of the components are provided. At last, output voltage wave and the analysis of the whole electrical character are given. The test result shows the power supply have high efficiency, low ripple, stability output voltage and so on.
