摘要
目的研究医务人员个性特征与心理健康的关系,为有针对性的对医务人员开展心理健康教育和有关部门在制定相关政策时提供依据和参考。方法用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对东莞市厚街镇503名医务人员进行心理健康状况调查。结果医务人员SCL-90各因子中人际关系、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子与中国常模相比差异有统计学意义;不同年龄医务人员间只有躯体化因子分差异有显著性,且呈现出从低年龄组到高年龄组各因子分递增的现象;不同学历医务人员间躯体化、强迫症状、恐怖因子分和总均分差异有显著性,且呈现出从高学历组到低学历组各因子分递增的现象;不同居住情况的医务人员间人际关系差异有显著性,租房组总均分和人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、敌对、精神病性、其他因子分高于有房组。结论本地区医务人员心理卫生水平总体较好,但仍需针对性地开展心理健康促进工作。医务人员产生心理问题的原因可能是工作压力大、竞争激烈、生活负担重等。
Objective to provide the basis and the reference for related departments in formulating relevant policy and carrying on psychological health education, studying the relationship of character and mental health of the medical personnel. Methods survey the situation of mental health of 503 medical personnel in houjie town with the help of SCL - 90 measuring scale. Results There is statistically significant difference between the various factors SCL - 90 of the medical personnel in interpersonal relationship, terror and paranoid, psyehotieism factor and the chinese norm. There is significant difference in body factor score in different age o medical personnel . And the factor score increase from low to high age groups. There is significant difference in the factor score and total score of body , obsessional - compulsive and terror in the different degree medical personnel And the score increase from from high to low academic group. There is significant differenee in relationship in different living situation of medical personnel , rent group total score is higher than the room to group in the sensitive interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, fear, hostile, psyehotieism and other factors. Conclusion the general mental hygiene level of the medical personnel is good in the area , but it is still needed to promote the psychological health pertinently. Working pressure, the fierce competition and life burden, ere may cause the psychological problems of medical personnel.
