摘要
目的:探讨复方天麻蜜环糖肽片治疗2型糖尿病伴眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将2型糖尿病伴眩晕的住院和门诊患者共109例,随机分为治疗组(54例)和对照组(55例),两组均使用路路通注射液为基础治疗。治疗组加用复方天麻蜜环糖肽片,疗程14天。疗程结束后,评定疗效及复查彩色多普勒超声(TCD)。结果:治疗组治疗前后血流动力学和椎基底动脉平均血流速度等指标的变化差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:复方天麻蜜环糖肽片能降低全血黏度和血小板聚集。改善脑供血,为治疗2型糖尿病伴眩晕的安全有效药物。
Objective： Investigation the clinieat effect of vertigo in type 2 diabetes patients treated by compound gastrodin armillariella glycopeptide tablets. Methods： 109 cases vertigo patients with type 2 diabetes inpatients and outpatients were randomly divided into treatment group （54 cases）and control group（55 cases） ,the two groups are using the lulutong injection therapy. Treatment group add gastrodin compound armillariella glycopeptide tablets. After 14 days, the clinical effect of the two groups of patients were assessed, and review vertebrasilar artery mean flow velocity of patients by color doppler uhrasound（TCD）. Results： Before and after treatment,the differences of hemodynamics and vertebrobasilar artery mean flow velocity were statistically significant. Conclusion ： compound gastrodin armillariella glycopeptide tablets can reduce the whole blood viscosity and platelet aggregation,and improve the cerebral circulation. It is safe and effective for the treatment of vertigo associated with type 2 diabetes.
